biography
Samuel Bach was one of the students of Realschule Bad Kissingen who came here from the rural areas of Rhön and Grabfeld and lived in Bad Kissingen during their time at Realschule. He was born in Unsleben on September 28, 1877 as the son of the cattle dealer Meier Bach. The centre of Meier’s horse dealer business was in Meiningen and was later continued by Samuel's brother Gabriel and his sons Robert and Selmar.
In September 1889, Samuel Bach became a student of Realschule Bad Kissingen, the predecessor of contemporary Jack-Steinberger-Gymnasium and lived in Hemmerichstrasse with his older sister Mathilde Losmann who had been born in Unsleben. The school register does not explain why the student left Bad Kissingen again at Easter 1891.
Nothing is known about his further life.
